We do not provide any warranty, express or implied, on customer-supplied tires. All tires provided by a customer are installed at the customer’s risk. We reserve the right to refuse installation of any customer-supplied tire that, in our judgment, is unsafe, damaged, improperly sized, or otherwise not roadworthy.

 

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING

We reserve the right to reschedule any appointment due to inclement weather, hazardous conditions, or other unsafe working environments. The safety of our staff and customers is our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and will make every effort to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

ALIGNMENT

A four-wheel alignment is recommended to maintain proper handling, even tire wear, and optimal fuel efficiency. It is typically needed annually or after impacts such as hitting potholes or curbs, and it helps ensure the vehicle drives straight with the steering wheel properly centered.
